The methodology  is a work method aimed at the PREVENTION and recovery of injuries, based fundamentally on activity. The work methodology is based on the improvement of our innate capacities of recovery, through physical exercise. We use all those activities that can improve performance both structurally (musculoskeletal system) and energetically (cardio-circulatory system).

We talk about PREVENTION and recovery because there are two types of injuries: endogenous injuries, which are self-induced because there is not a good quality of movement, and exogenous injuries, which are caused by an external agent. When the injury appears, we resort to all kinds of complementary manual therapies to try to restore functional order in the shortest possible time.
